What we collect
TrialPing collects only the information you give us: the service name, website URL, price, billing date, cancel URL, and reminder preferences for each trial you save. For Lifetime customers we also store an email address and a one-time payment record.
What we don't collect
We do not track your browsing activity, sell your data, or share it with advertisers. The browser extension only reads the URL of the active tab when you open the popup.
We use your email to deliver reminder notifications and a single receipt for the Lifetime purchase. We do not send marketing emails.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Deleting your data
You can delete any reminder from the dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@trialping.app.
