The service
TrialPing is a personal reminder tool for trials and subscriptions. We send reminders on a best-effort basis but cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible for missed cancellations or charges from third-party services.
Plans
The Free plan allows up to 3 active reminders. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase of $9.99 that unlocks unlimited active reminders for the lifetime of the service.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on the Lifetime purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days the purchase is non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Don't use TrialPing for unlawful purposes or to abuse third-party services. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to Lifetime customers.
